RULES

1. Be Humble and Kind!

• Glowcraft is a diverse, multi-age community. Treat everyone with respect, be kind, and create a positive environment for all players. If you can't adhere to these principles, this server may not be the right fit for you.

2. Registration and Use of Our Service

• Users must be at least 13 years of age to play on the Glowcraft network or join our Discord server. Anyone found to be under this age will be banned permanently from our servers.
• Underaged users should be reported to Discord and Minehut as well.
• Accounts and personal information should not be shared with other users. Glowcraft is not responsible for damage due to account sharing.
• Glowcraft discourages the trade of real currency for in-game currency. This can lead to fraud and theft. We are not responsible for these transactions and cannot help you.
• Usernames, Playerwarps, and Builds must be appropriate and adhere to all of the rules below.
• Use of compromised, NFA (such as EasyMC & similar services), or bot accounts on Glowcraft is not permitted.

• Using alt accounts to evade any punishments is not permitted.

3. Harassment and Bullying Will Not Be Tolerated

• Glowcraft was designed to be a peaceful community. We have no place for negativity.

Includes but is not limited to:

• • Racism: Discrimination, prejudice, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.
  • Hate Speech: Any communication that belittles, discriminates against, or incites violence or prejudicial action against someone based on their race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.
  • Sensitive topics (e.g., politics, religion, mental health, personal attacks)

4. Absolutely No Sexual Content

• It is not appropriate and will not be tolerated!

5. Language and Swearing

• You are permitted to speak other languages in private.
• Glowcraft has an extensive filter to block many slurs and variations of swear words. Please keep language appropriate for all ages.

(Please note everything is logged, and by staying connected to Glowcraft, you agree to these logs for their use in moderation purposes only. We, in turn, agree not to trade/sell or misuse your information.)

6. Griefing and Stealing are NOT PERMITTED

• All resource gathering is to be done in the resource worlds only.
• You are only permitted to gather resources in your own claim on the Build World.
• Items left in the Resource Worlds are not protected under the Griefing/Stealing rules (this includes: shulkers, blocks, items, smelters, etc.).
• Punishments for griefing and/or stealing will depend on severity.

7. No Hacking!

• Glowcraft defines hacking as the use of code/programs/exploits/bugs, etc., to advance quicker than the gameplay designed by Glowcraft.

This includes but is not limited to:

• • X-ray
  • Aim
  • Flying
  • Boat hacks
  • Exploits

8. No Automation of the Player

• Glowcraft defines automation of the player as the use of bots, autoclickers, keyweights, or any other method to control the player without direct human input.

This includes but is not limited to:

• • Automated farming
  • Combat
  • Other in-game activities.
  • No bots, autoclickers, or keyweights are allowed.

9. Advertisements and Spam

• Advertisement of any website/service or other Minecraft server is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

• Economy Advertisement: (use of /ad) To reduce excessive spam in chat from player warp advertisements, we have created an /ad system that has a 30-minute cooldown. This must be used when advertising your Playerwarp.

10. NO RDM PVP (RDM = Random Death Match)

• Unless in a designated PvP arena.
• Player warps with AllowPvP ClaimFlag turned on are exempt from this rule.

11. No Build Buffer

• Do not claim or build within 150 blocks of an existing claim or player-made structure. The world is large and ever-expanding; there is plenty of room.

12. Ban Appeals

• Players have the right to appeal a ban if they feel it is unwarranted. They may open a #🎫︳ꜱᴜᴘᴘᴏʀᴛ ticket under Ban Appeals. The player can then explain why they feel the ban was not needed or give a reason as to why they will improve and should be allowed back into our community.

• The Moderator will either remove, reduce, or deny the appeal.

• If you feel that the decision is unfair or generally disagree, you are free to escalate it to the Admin Team. However, please understand that the Admins are very unlikely to overturn the decision; our Mods are experienced, trained, and trusted. They will, in most cases, provide correct judgment. If you still wish to escalate, please let us know and provide clear reasoning as to why you disagree.

• Ban Appeals will be handled by a staff member other than the one who applied the punishment. This means another staff member will handle your appeal. They will gather information from you and the logs, as well as the other staff member(s) if needed. This allows someone with a fresh set of eyes unrelated to the situation to mediate.

• Ban appeals must come directly from the player in their own words. You may not use AI sites like ChatGPT to appeal your ban. Please use English. If you are unable to speak English, arrangements can be made.

13. No Scamming, Fraud, or Impersonation

• Glowcraft strictly prohibits any form of scamming, fraud, or impersonation. Do not be dishonest; we will find out.

This includes but is not limited to:

• • Scamming: Attempting to deceive other players for personal gain.
  • Fraud: Engaging in deceitful practices to obtain items, currency, or any other in-game advantage.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another player or staff member for any reason.
